一、兩板模:(1)手動脫模A:夾取料頭(成品與料頭連在一起,機械手取出后再人工分離成品與料頭)。B:吸取或抱取成品(成品與料頭連在一起,用機械手吸取或抱取成品)。C:夾取料頭,吸取或抱取成品(成品與料頭在射出機頂出時,成品與料頭已分開,用機械手取出后,可分別置放料頭和成品于不同處。(2)自動脫模A:夾取料頭,分離料頭(夾取料頭,讓成品自動脫落分離成品與料頭)。B:分離不同狀況的成品(夾取料頭,吸取或抱取成品分離成品與料頭)。C:吸或抱取成品分離成品(吸或抱取成品,讓料頭自動脫落分離成品與料頭)。二、三板模:(1)成品、料頭均不能自動脫落A:成品臂吸取或抱取成品,料頭臂夾取料頭。用機械手使成品與料頭分離(雙臂機械手)。B:料頭臂夾取料頭,成品臂掃落成品讓其達成自動脫模方式,分離成品與料頭。(2)成品可自動脫落,料頭不可自動脫落A:夾取料頭,成品自動脫落,分離成品與料頭(單臂機械手)。B:成品臂吸取或抱取成品,料頭臂夾取料頭,用機械手分離成品與料頭(雙臂機械手)。
