YY-705 雙軸全自動切臺
用途
適用于BOPP/PVC/PE/透明膠帶/美紋紙/雙面膠帶/牛皮紙膠帶等之分切。

1．主機傳動部分：采用AC馬達搭配變頻器作為切卷材料傳動，加減速穩定快速。
2．中央控制單元：使用可程序中央控制，同軸中可設定多種尺寸自動轉換切割。
3．操作面板部分：操作接口采用LCD觸控屏10寸，可直接在屏幕上設定各種切卷條件及運轉狀況。
4．電機控制系統：中央控制系統為PLC可程式控制器，同軸中可設定多種尺寸，電腦于切割時自動調整切割寬度。
5．切卷定位系統：使用日、歐洲系列品牌伺服馬達控制，高精度滾珠螺桿進行尺寸定位及使用線性滑軌承載刀座。定位動作**平順。
6．進刀定位系統：使用日、歐洲系列品牌伺服馬達控制進刀方式，可擬人化做三段式速度進刀切卷。提高效率并得到**好品質。
7．圓刀角度調整：使用日、歐洲系列品牌伺服馬達計算圓刀角度轉向，因應不同材料做不同角度變化(角度調整范圍±8°) 當切割平面不佳時，可直接變換切割角度。可減少換刀次數，提高生產效率。
8．快速換軸裝置：本機器有三種切割軸可供選用，采用快速換軸方式，因應不同材料需求。
