            PA46特性

             

                    

                    1.PA46是一種多用途,玻璃增強,符合UL VO規定的的阻燃型UL級材料。        

                

                    2.具有易加工性和卓越的流動性能        

                

                    3.具有卓越的抗拉強度,良好的絕熱性能        

                

                    4.阻燃 ; 可電鍍 ; 經熱穩處理的;耐熱的        

                

                    5.高剛度保持性能,同時表現出良好的高溫抗蠕變性。        

                

                    6.剛度和蠕變模量由于相同玻璃增強程度的 PPS,PEI和PES        

                

                    7.它可以用于薄壁部分達到 0.1毫米的零件而沒有飛邊。        

            

             

            一.PA46在電器中的應用
             Stanyl用于日用品、廚房用具、小電器、家用電器、電動工具和花園器具,比其它塑料材料更具優勢。
        在廚房中,金屬或木制的器具正逐漸被塑料制品所取代,因為塑料的設計自由度更大,還有一點是由于對細菌的考慮。如果使用溫度不是很高,則可以使用PA66產品。如果是在熱油中則不能使用PA66產品。Stanyl在280℃以下的溫度中不會出現變形,而且Stanyl的TE品級制品符合多數歐洲國家對食品用品的要求。
        電水壺和電爐以恒溫開關控制安全,在使用過程中,復合鋼材周圍的溫度可能會超過275℃。Stanyl的熱變形溫度,以及無,毛刺和良好的韌性(對于卡式接頭)等都比用PPS更好。
        二.Stanyl 在齒輪、軸承和軸承罩的應用
             Stanyl的高結晶度和良好的晶狀結構使它比其它多數工程塑膠和耐熱塑料具有更佳的抗疲勞強度。Stanyl的抗疲勞強度優于PPA、PPS和PA66。而對于齒輪、拉鏈器來說,抗疲勞強度很重要。
             Stanyl還有極好的耐磨性,大多數情況下耐磨性能優于其它許多工程塑料。
             對Stanyl,PA66和POM的耐磨性進行了比較。雖然這些材料的典型產品的摩擦系數很相似,但Stanyl比它們要好許多。這主要是由于Stanyl的PV額定值較高,從而允許對Stanyl施加高壓或高速。
             改性Stanyl有更好的耐磨性,有非增強型和玻纖增強型兩種。Stanyl表面光滑堅固,加之在高溫下的剛性使其成為滑動部件的理想材料。這些滑動制件包括,閥提升桿、拉鏈器等和止推墊圈。
