采用工程塑料阻燃ABS，表面光滑，使光纖自然平鋪，走線規則有序；
采用封閉式槽道，重量輕，具有較高的沖擊韌性和良好的機械性能，保護光纖不受損傷；
出口位置靈活，能滿足各種地方出纖的需要，出纖口波紋管保護光纖；
三通、四通接頭，及各種彎頭，滿足各種走線需求，靈活配置；
標準化模塊設計，安裝方便，結構緊湊，槽道連接可靠，可以上固定，也可下固定；
走線架和走線槽道整體設計，布局合理，外形統一，美觀整齊；
采用特別嚴格加工工藝，色差控制在&E<2、&L<1、&A<1、&B<1，一眼看見的是幾乎沒有色差的黃色光纖槽道。



Closed raceway protects optical fiber，made in anti-flaming engineering plastic with light weight, high impact toughness and good mechanical properties. It can be mounted easily with T joint, cross joint, various elbows, flexible exit and corrugated pipe, etc.

1工作溫度thermal rating：—5℃～+45℃；
2 相對濕度relative humidity：不大于85%（+40℃）；
3 大氣壓力atmospheric pressure：70kPa-106kPa；
4 光纖槽道色澤均勻，表面平整、光滑、潔凈、無飛邊、暗泡、收縮、凹陷或機械損傷等缺陷；

5 光纖槽道在恒定溫熱試驗前、后，其內外表面之間能承受交流4200V（方根值）工頻正弦波電壓持續1min的介電性能試驗。試驗后絕緣電阻不小于20MΩ；

6 光纖槽道能承受低溫試驗。試驗后，試樣不產生裂痕或脆斷；

7 光纖槽道能承受規定條件下的老化、沖擊試驗。試驗后，試樣不產生裂紋或脆斷；
After the stated conditions of aging, impact test, the sample doesn’t crack or brittle fracture,
8 塑料件燃燒性能：Plastic combustion performance
⑴ 注塑件、擠出件制品燃燒性能符合等級：GB/T2048-1996中FV-0級；
Plastic injector, extruder products combustion performance accords with level FV-0 of GB/T2048-1996.
⑵ 波紋軟管制品燃燒性能符合等級：GB/T2048-1996中FV-2級。
Corrugated pipe combustion performance accords to level of FV-2 of GB/T2048-1996.
