Induction Heating Power Supply--Safety Operation Guide

1. Before starting the machine, first check whether the water, gas and electricity are connected. After connecting, the following operations can be performed;

2. The operator must prepare corresponding insulating shoes, gloves, etc.

3. The operator must have the corresponding electrical knowledge.

4. Before the equipment is overhauled, the electric switch must be pulled off to confirm that the power supply is disconnected, and then the discharge treatment is carried out, and then the overhaul card is hung up, and the overhaul is repeated.

5. Before starting the machine, first make sure that the waterway is normal and all parts of the equipment are normal before starting the machine.

6. Turn on the first gear filament first, then turn on the second gear filament after five minutes, and then send the high voltage after another five minutes.

7. Before sending high voltage, make sure that the output adjustment potentiometer is in a small position, and then send high voltage, and adjust the output voltage to the working voltage.

8. After confirming that there is a workpiece, you can press the heating button to make the equipment work, but no-load heating is not allowed.

9. If there is an abnormality in the equipment during work, the power supply must be disconnected immediately, and the reason should be checked before working again.

10. After the equipment is finished working, first disconnect the heating, then disconnect the high voltage, then turn off the filament and disconnect the power supply.

11. After the equipment stops working, wait for five minutes before disconnecting the water source.

12. During the operation of the equipment, if there is a temporary need to leave, it must be done. People leave the machine and stop it. It is not allowed. The machine is still working when there is no one.

weekly maintenance

1. When taking over the shift, check the flow of the cooling water outlet pipe of the equipment for abnormal phenomena. For equipment that uses evaporative cooling tubes, it is necessary to check whether the water level of the distilled water tank is qualified;

2. When taking over, check whether the cooling air volume of the glass shell and core column of the electronic tube and other ventilation and heat dissipation facilities are normal;

3. Check whether the contacts of each AC contactor are ablated and whether the wiring is loose;

4. Measure the insulation resistance of cooling water. The ground resistance of the anode of the water-cooled tube should be greater than 300K ohms;

5. The cooling water pipes of the electronic tube grid and the filament are mostly rubber tubes, which are easy to age and should be carefully checked. For the rubber tube that is aging and about to break, it should be updated in time;

6. Do a cleaning and dust removal on the inside of the chassis, wipe off the dust of each high-pressure porcelain bottle and insulating pillars, and pay attention to the cleaning of the dust filter on the air inlet of the fan. Prevent the air intake from being blocked and reduce the air output.

Semi-annual maintenance

1. Check whether the insulation performance of the low-voltage electric control circuit is qualified;

2. Use a megohmmeter to detect the insulation resistance of high-voltage devices such as high-voltage rectifier transformers, high-voltage cables, and high-voltage silicon stacks, and the value should meet the requirements;

3. Check the roundness of the inner tube of the water jacket of the electronic tube and the height of the positioning protrusion, so as to prevent the partial overheating of the anode caused by the deviation of the tube. And check whether there is scaling at the water jacket outlet and inlet pipe joints, and whether the anti-corrosion electrode is normal; 4. Check the set current value of each overcurrent relay;

5. For connecting conductors with high temperature during operation, such as filament lead wires, soft connecting wires for welding transformer primary coils, etc., if there is poor oxidation contact, additional treatment should be made;

7. Thoroughly clean the hidden places such as the top of the cabinet and the cable trench.
